LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
Umka Baby will take zero responsibility for lost or stolen packages once a tracking number has been provided for your order. If your order has been significantly delayed we suggest contacting Australia Post for all domestic orders or DHL Express for all international orders.
Under no circumstance will Umka Baby be held accountable.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM TAXES
Due to the rules and regulations on parcel entry into certain countries, customs and airport taxes may be added to your order upon delivery.
This is something that is completely out of our hands as parcels are randomly selected whilst undergoing customs inspections. Umka Baby will hold no accountability on the extra cost for the goods to clear customs.

Returns And Exchanges

Umka Baby always wants you to feel happy and 100% satisfied when shopping with us. Therefore, we want to make things simple and easy for you. Below are some terms and conditions for our returns & exchanges.

Every policy below must be within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Change of mind
We are more than happy to exchange it for something else. Feel free to send your article to us (at your own cost). We are not responsible for shipping fee.

General Returns
We do not refund under any circumstance unless the item is faulty and irreplaceable. If the item is faulty, we will work on replacing it for you straight away. If we can't do anything about it, we are more than happy to return your money.

Exchanges
As long as everything is in tack and in resalable condition we are more than happy to exchange with 14 days of purchase. If you cant find what you like, we are happy to give you a credit note valid for 12 months.
